Why CCE

This isn't a thesis.
It's just what's worked.

We don't have a fund deck. We have a track record.

§ 01 / The story

My parents came to this country with nothing. I grew up in Tampa, Florida, then made my way to the Bay Area. I didn't go to Harvard or Stanford. I learned to sell before I learned to code, and I learned to make payroll before I learned the word "EBITDA."

I'm not a first-time founder. I'm the operator founders bring in after they've built the thing — to actually sell it, scale it, and build the channel that makes the math work.

I did that for a solar company — joined the team after they'd hit early sales traction, built out their go-to-market motion, and helped scale revenue from $10M to $30M. I'm doing it now for Best Defense, an AI-powered cybersecurity platform built by close friends of mine, where I came in as one of the first five — leading business development and building the nationwide MSP channel from zero.

CCE is the structural version of that role. Instead of joining one company at a time, I'm building a platform where the GTM muscle, the channel, and the capital structure get applied across multiple ventures simultaneously. The founders we work with get the operator they would have wanted at the start of their last company. The capital we deploy gets to ride alongside an operator with a real distribution moat.

The thesis isn't theoretical. It's what's worked for me, twice — applied at scale.

If it sounds like a fit — let's talk.

§ 02 / Operating values
01

We sell before we build.

No product gets built inside CCE until somebody in the channel has committed to selling it. That single discipline saves more capital than any pitch deck ever has.

02

We compound, we don't exit.

We're not optimizing for the next round. We're optimizing for 20 years of EBITDA stacked on top of each other.

03

We split equity with operators.

Not advisors. Not consultants. Not "strategic partners." The people doing the work get the upside. Everyone else gets cash.

04

We say no fast.

The most expensive answer is "maybe." If we're not in, you'll know within the week.

05

Proof of work over pedigree.

We don't care about your LinkedIn followers, your alma mater, or your last title. We care about what you've built, what you've sold, what you've shipped — and whether your character holds up under pressure. The rest is noise.
